All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a sales receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase. No items may be returned or exchanged 7 days after purchase. Returned items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Items must not smell of perfume, cigarette smoke and must be free of any type of pet hair. Returned shoes must be unworn and in original box. Refunds are distributed through exchange or store credit.

All accessories and jewelry are not eligible for return. All sales are final for (but not limited to) handbags, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hats, swimwear, and sunglasses. Seasonal items are final sale. This includes but not limited to: Mardi Gras, Easter, 4th of July, Game Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
